For large groups or events, you can also book the Exclusive Package for up to 60 guests at Php 45,000, providing the entire resort for private use.

  1. The booking staff is not accomodating and the owner itself is the worst.

    Front desk said to raise any concern with booking agent directly. We did this yet after saying “For a while”, she hangs up the phone and didn’t call us back. We did call back as no resolution regarding the air conditioning has been fully address nor explained thoroughly so we asked for the owner’s contact information instead.

    Upon speaking to the owner, he doesn’t want guest to be upset for any inconvenience and state any inconvenience they experienced especially if there is more than 1 concern, and deliberately keeps on hanging up the phone whenever he wants to during our phone conversation. The room feels like a sauna without proper air conditioning yet this doesn’t seems to be a big deal for them and treating this as if guests just needs to brush it off.

    He even questioned us for making sure we have the key for the room we booked and wants this to be delayed while they sort the air conditioning concern. So if the air conditioning concern doesn’t get resolved, they will not let us have any key to the room so there would always be someone inside our room and we cannot enjoy it 100% as we do not get all outside without worrying the safety of our things in our room. This air conditioning problemhas been ongoing for a month as per one of the staffs there yet owner only new about it on the same day we stayed. I don’t wonder why by how rude the owner is.

    The only thing that help us stay is the place being neat and good looking and it is almost dark and might be hard for us to look for a different accommodation.

    I don’t suggest going here while the owner is still the same unless if you do not have plans of stating any concern about the resort at all.
