Requirements:

1. Valid Driver’s License: The renter must present a valid driver’s license at the time of rental. This can be either a local or foreign driver’s license, as long as it is recognized and accepted within the jurisdiction.
2. Identification Card Deposit: The renter is required to deposit at least one form of identification. This identification card must be government-issued, such as a passport, national ID card, or driver’s license, and it will be held for the duration of the rental period.

Terms and Condition:

• • Traffic Violations Responsibility: The renter shall bear full responsibility for all traffic violations incurred by the subject motorcycle during the rental period. This includes, but is not limited to, speeding tickets, parking violations, and any other legal infractions related to the use of the motorcycle.
  • Liability for Loss or Damage: The renter is liable for any loss of, or further damage to, the motorcycle and its accessories that occur during the rental period. This includes any incidents of theft, vandalism, or damage resulting from accidents or improper use. The renter agrees to cover the costs of repair or replacement as deemed necessary by the owner.
  • Accident and Injury Liability: The owner of the motorcycle is not liable for any accidents, damage to property, personal injury, or injury to other persons that may occur during the rental period. The renter acknowledges that they are driving at their own risk and assumes full responsibility for any incidents that may arise.
  • Fuel Policy: The motorcycle must be returned with the same amount of fuel as when it was handed over. If the motorcycle was provided with a full tank of gas, it must be returned with a full tank. Conversely, if it was provided with an empty tank, it can be returned with an empty tank. The renter is responsible for refueling the motorcycle as needed during the rental period.
